Joe and his wife Christine own Medina Homes. They are very family-oriented and love to travel and spend quality time as a family. Being food connoisseurs, Joe and Christine love to cook and entertain friends, family, and clients.

Joe holds two degrees including, a Master's Degree in Organizational Management. His training and experience is a critical component to a well-organized and smoothly run project. Joe's father, Don, serves as our site manager and has many years experience in construction. He lends his patience and "detail to perfection" to each Medina Homes project.

Medina Homes builds only a few select homes per year in order to provide the service our clients deserve. A limited number of projects allows Joe the opportunity to work hands-on with his crew and intimately with his clients. Each home is unique and requires attention to accommodate the owner's wishes. We develop a relationship with every client in order to completely customize the home to their creative vision.
